What this means in practice:

• We share your information with a property manager only if you checked the consent box on a form. We do not share the details of anyone who did not consent.
• We share your details with a single matched company — not a list of bidders. Your information is never sold to multiple companies, and we do not run your details through a marketplace or auction.
• The information shared is what you gave us: your name, email, phone, property location, and any property details you entered.
• Once matched, that company may contact you by phone, text message, or email. Their own privacy policy governs what they do with your information from that point forward.
• We receive compensation from the matched company. This does not cost you anything — our service is free to property owners.

We also record the exact consent wording you agreed to, along with the date and time, so both you and we have an accurate record of what you authorized.
